Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@shoplexia.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shoplexia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
