Yes. Patch test a small area 24 hours before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or have not used hair removal creams before. Do not continue use if irritation occurs.
Close Sense is designed for body areas such as legs, arms, underarms, and bikini line. Do not use on the face, scalp, broken skin, irritated skin, inflamed skin, or areas not recommended on the product packaging.
Sensitive skin can react differently. Always patch test first and follow the product directions carefully. If your skin feels irritated, rinse thoroughly and stop use.
No. Close Sense removes body hair from the surface. Hair will grow back over time depending on your hair type and routine.
Usage depends on the area treated and how often you use it. A single bottle may last longer for smaller areas and finish faster with repeated full-leg or full-body use.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or high order volume.
Tracking is emailed once your order has shipped and tracking details are available. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $40 CAD. Orders under $40 CAD may show a standard shipping rate at checkout.
Because this is a personal care product, opened or used items may have limited return eligibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any item.
