Thank you for shopping with Close Sense. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume periods.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 CAD. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Close Sense is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [your support email]. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Customs and border processing
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- High-order volume periods
Close Sense is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team with your order number.
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you:
- Check your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas
- Check with building management, a front desk, or a concierge if applicable
- Ask neighbours if the package was left with them
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number
If you have completed these steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date with your order number and we will assist you.
